Faith Health has received the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Gold Plus achievement award with Target: Stroke Honor Roll recognition for demonstrating its commitment to following the latest, research-based guidelines for stroke treatment, ultimately leading to more lives saved, shorter recovery times and fewer hospital readmissions.

Stroke is the fifth leading cause of death in the United States according to the American Heart Association 2025 Statistical Update. Studies show patients can recover better when providers consistently follow treatment guidelines.

The American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® program helps hospitals nationwide ensure patient care is aligned with the latest evidence- and research-based guidelines.
