Job Shadowing

Our job shadowing opportunities allow individuals to accompany a relevant professional during their workday, observe their routine and work practices, ask questions about their career, learn what skills are needed for the profession, and network with other Faith Health employees.

Age Requirements

Job shadowing at Faith Health requires students to be at least 16 years of age or older. Certain departments may have other age restrictions. Please contact Faith Health Education by calling (402) 644-7347 to learn more about a specific department’s age requirements.

Clinician Nexus

Clinician Nexus is an online student management system. It helps us manage student experiences, provide orientation information, and collect required information from students and/or a parent/ legal guardian. The platform also allows for convenient communication between Faith Health staff and students. There is no cost for students to use this system.

How to Apply

If you wish to apply for a job shadowing experience, please use this shadowing guide to help you navigate the application process.

First, you will create your profile in Clinician Nexus.

** When creating your profile, on the page that asks, “What school do you attend?” please select “I am not enrolled at a school” in the upper left corner of the page. **

After you’ve created a profile, complete the application process here.

If you are a returning applicant and have already created a profile in Clinician Nexus, complete the application process here.
