Emergency Medical Services (EMS) MCI/Triage

Objectives:

1. Understand the purpose and function if the ICS
2. Discuss methods and practices of triage
3. Utilize triage effectively and efficiently
4. Implement ICS standards

This class begins with a refresher of Incident Command and triage before going full-on Romper Room. Triage exercises involving the Disney Princess Barbie lineup is followed by Beanie Babies mauled by the family dog. This play date ends with a tabletop MCI facilitated by Hot Wheels and accessories that are every little boy’s dream.
