If you are an experienced parent, receive support and education in our Parents Plus Program. Meet with one of our registered nurses and other expecting parents online to help you prepare for your newborn. You'll get information about labor and delivery, breastfeeding, car seat safety, and preparing for a new baby.

Non-first-time parents: every Tuesday at 4:00 PM or every Friday at 1:00 PM

All classes will be held via Microsoft Teams. Once you register, you will receive an email with the link to join on your date/time.
