I know how good this clinic can be, because I have had some of the best providers at the clinic I am glad the was not my first visit

It felt like she didn't care and really didn't talk to me much. It felt like she had no empathy for what I was going for and she needed to get to the next patient. I had questions but was moved on. I have never walked away after a complete visit with no understanding of what's going on. I was told to schedule an appointment with my doctor. Felt like a waste of money as I'm going to be charged and nothing was confirmed. I have had much better experience with previous appointments at Faith Regional, but this was one of my worst experiences.

I hate seeking medical care because I always worry I'm overreacting but she validated my need to be seen and was thorough and kind.

Care provider was wonderful. Wanted to help get to the root of the problem and even had an xray done. I appreciate not being written off as simply anxious

The nurse and Jessica were great; however, the wait time to be seen will definitely deter me from recommending your practice or myself returning.

I felt like she thought I was cattle, that she was pushing through a shoot and couldn't get rid of me fast enough
